ADDWWWINCL - Add WWW Include Library

This command allows for the addition of a list of include libraries to the list.

The parameters associated with the ADDWWWINCL command are:

CFGFILE - Master Configuration File
LIBS - Include libraries
UPDATE - Update executing RPs

While the ADDWWWINCL command is available for your use, it is used specifically by the WRKWWWINCL command and is fairly complex. Use of this command should be limited to situations when the WRKWWWINCL command cannot be used.
