Send File Modification Date

Description

Enables or disables the sending of a document's last modification date and time stamp. This allows proxy servers and browsers to determine whether they should refresh a document or not. If it is disabled, a slight performance gain will be realized.

Parameters

Yes: The time stamp is always sent.
No: The time stamp is never sent.

Default If No Entry Found

Yes

CHGWWWCFG SENDMODDAT(Yes)

File Syntax

SendLastModDate Send

Only one entry may exist in the master server configuration file. If more than one entry is found, the last one will be used.
