Sample Survey Script (ILE RPG/400)

As a demonstration of the Common Gateway Interface (CGI) server scripts, we would like you to fill out our informal survey. This HTML form will submit your answers to a CGI script on an AS/400 running Web Server/400 software. Your answers will be recorded in an AS/400 database for later tabulation.
